Q: Is it safe to make transactions through your company?
A: Xinying Foreign Exchange is a registered independent remittance dealer with Australian Transaction Report and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) and entitled to provide remittance service. Our business is regulated and supervised by the Australian Transaction Report and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC). We promise and strictly abide by the law of Australia to ensure the security of customers’ personal information. Under Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Amendment Act, you will be required to prove your source of income if necessary.
Q: What document need to be provided when I make a registration?
A: Personal Registration – Passport, Australian Driver License, and another Photo Card. A valid address proof is required when necessary, such as banking statement, water bill, or gas/electricity bill, etc.
Company Registration – Business Registration Certificate with ABN/ACN is a must. The Managing Director(s) of the company and the person authorized to handle the transactions need to provide the documents of Personal Registration.
Q: How much do you charge for your service?
A: We do not charge any service fee on transferring or exchanging CNY to all other currencies that we offered. We settle with the trading exchange rate directly.
Q: How is the exchange rate of a currency determined?
A: Please refer to our official website for the real-time updating exchange rates.
Generally, our exchange rate would be 1% to 2% higher than the Bank of China because of the operating costs. Even so, we still can guarantee to offer you an optimal rate. Please obtain the latest exchange rate and lock it thorough our customer representatives on the trading day. Once the transaction is completed on time, the customer will be able to exchange with the locked preferential exchange rate.
Q: In addition to CNY and AUD, do you trade other currencies?
A: We also offer exchange services with USD, HKD, NZD, CAD, JPY, EUR, GBP and SGD, etc. We provide two-way transfer for all these major currencies.
Q: How to meet the requirements of the Department of Home Affairs?
A: Xinying will provide all evidence records of the transaction completely, so that customers can forward to the Department of Home Affairs and meet all the requirements. For examples, there are Deposit Receipt, Withdraw Receipts and Foreign Exchange Service Agreement, etc.
Q: Is there any risk on my funds when I provide the account information with errors?
A: In this case, the customer’s funds won’t have any risk unless the wrong account information perfectly matches with another person’s account. Otherwise, the funds will be returned in 3-5 business days. We will contact with the customer immediately after refunding and make a new transaction with correct account. In order to avoid unnecessary loss, we strongly recommend customers to double check and make sure all submitted information is correct.
Q: How can I track my settled transaction if I have any questions?
A: If you have any questions regarding to your settled transaction, please feel free to contact with our friendly staff anytime, we will response as soon as possible. Q: Do I need to make a registration before doing any transaction?
A: Yes. Before making the transactions, customers need to provide the required documents and complete the application forms, so that we can establish and update the customer profile. Once the identification has been authorized, customers will be able to make transactions and enjoy a serious of other services through our powerful network systems, such as trading inquiry, preferential price reminder and participation in our customer bonus points program.
Q: Is there any transaction limit?
A: Customers do not have any minimum or maximum amount of transaction requirements or limitations in our company. No matter how much you are going to trade, we will always provide satisfied services efficiently. In addition, we also provide VIP Service and Urgent Service for bulk trading customers.
